World Usability Day 2017 Berlin | Designing Chatbots and Conversational Agents

Designing Chatbots and Conversational Agents

The world becomes more conversational and bots will be a game changer in customer interaction. Philipp, the Head of Business Development at Rasa, will present the open source framework Rasa has built and the products Rasa NLU & Rasa Core tools to build conversational agents. He further will showcase fallacies and things to watch out for when designing conversational systems including hands-on examples from Rasa’s previous projects. Designing chatbots is not easy – the interface itself is simple (e.g. text only) and the most natural one. Therefore, user experience is essential to provide a good service and a smooth user interaction.
